1. Who you are buying from
peplify supplies research-grade peptides for laboratory use. You can reach us at hello@peplify.io.
2. Who may buy
You may only order if you are at least 18 years old and are a qualified researcher, laboratory, institution or business purchasing for legitimate research purposes. By ordering you confirm this is the case, and that you are legally permitted to receive these materials where you live.
3. Research use only
All products are supplied strictly for laboratory and scientific research. They are not medicines, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, and must never be consumed by humans or animals. This is a fundamental condition of sale — see our Research Use Disclaimer for the full statement.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. A contract forms only when we confirm your order and accept it. We may decline any order — for example if an item is out of stock, if pricing was displayed incorrectly, or if we are not satisfied the order is for legitimate research use.
5. Prices
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Delivery charges are quoted separately and confirmed before payment. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order we have already accepted.
6. Payment
Payment is arranged directly with our team once your order is confirmed. Orders are not dispatched until payment has cleared in full.
7. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
8. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for storing, handling and disposing of the products safely and lawfully, in accordance with good laboratory practice and any applicable regulations. You must not resupply, resell or redistribute the products for human or animal use.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, our liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from misuse of the products, from use outside a laboratory research setting, or from your failure to follow applicable handling and safety requirements. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, branding and packaging artwork — belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
12. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
